LTDS had another exiting week.  As the library looks at deploying Office 365 more widely,  the team started to refresh it’s SharePoint site and move Trello boards to MS Planner.

LTDS Activities Jan. 13-19th 2019

The week of January 13th was an eventful one for LTDS.  After 41 years at Vanderbilt Nancy’s last day was Tuesday the 15th.  Nancy shared her documentation with the team and has walked through many of the systems that she was responsible for over the past few weeks.  We believe that we have everything covered, but if you encounter an issue, please let me know.

LTDS enjoyed the time away from the office and returned on January 2nd and quickly started to respond to issues.

LTDS Dec. 16-22th 2018

LTDS used much of this week to wrap up a few items and prepare for the break.  LTDS will be closed during the holidays but will continue to monitor systems and INFORM for any emergencies.    Beyond the work,  the team took time to attend the library Holiday luncheon and go out for a team lunch during the week.

LTDS Update December 9-15th 2018

LTDS team members spend time this week preparing for shutting down Acorn and SFX servers.  The team also had several conversations about internal workflows and ways to improve the services we offer.
