LTDS July 14th – July 20th 2019

LTDS team members spend a great deal of time working on professional development opportunities including online courses on web accessibility, rails, and working with the library carpentry sessions. In addition to these items the team working on various issues including:

LTDS June 23th – June 29th

LTDS continued to work in various summer projects including the ETD system,  meeScan and various preservation systems related projects.   The team also started closing out various projects for the fiscal year and Jodie presented the final LTDS update session until August.

LTDS June 2nd – June 8th

LTDS continued to work on summer projects including documentation.  Even as the current projects move forward the team is reviewing projects to be done in the fall.

LTDS May 12th – 18th

Welcome to summer, when changes happen even faster than normal!  This past week,  many in LTDS spent time working to reconfigure printers for all staff in the libraries.  In the majority of the cases,  this was a quick change but in other cases (such as when a card swipe is not needed) this continues to require work.  We still have a few printers in which we are waiting for a new printer package to be created by the card office.  Once the package is delivered,  we will quickly get it installed.  Let LTDS know if you continue to encounter printer issues.

LTDS resolved several INFORM requests and hope to be able to migrated INFORM to a new sever soon.
