Dale Poulter, Director

Dale is the director of Library Technology and Digital Services.  His responsibilities include managing the team,  prioritizing projects and resources as well as communicating with various internal and external groups concerning library technology.  He is the main contact for questions about the team or to discuss new projects.

Jamen McGranahan, Associate Director

Jamen is the associate director of Library Technology and Digital Services.  He supports most of the servers and core systems for the library.  He is the primary contact for questions concerning the proxy server.

Matt Dillingham, Web Designer and Developer

With a primary focus on front end development, design, and accessibility, Matt works closely with the Libraries’ public website. In addition, he supports other areas of the Libraries’ web presence, including Library News Online, the Documentation site, and the ILLiad web interface. Matt also administrates our SharePoint sites and manages our staff and patron Mac computers.

Jodie Gambill, LTDS Web Development Lead; Librarian for Digital Projects

Jodie works closely with much of our library’s web presence – the public web, the Television News Archive sites, Heard Alert, and a wide variety of digital projects and digital exhibits, including the Revised Common Lectionary, the library’s most-viewed web property. She is a great resource if you have questions about any of these, or about productivity tools such as Trello, Github, and Slack. Jodie is the primary contact for issues with the Television News Archive websites.

Judy Johnson, Digital Asset Manager

Judy supports Digital preservation for the libraries working with Fedora/Islandora repository.  She is the primary contact for the Fedora repository. She helps with desktop and application support, orders computer software and equipment and is the contact for staff telephone troubleshooting. Judy supervises student assistants for LTDS.

Scott Walker, Library Web Application Administrator

Scott’s primary focus is application maintenance and development. He is the one to talk to about any issues relating to ArchivesSpace. He is also the main contact for A/V and 3D printing.

Tao You, Librarian for Digital Projects

Tao supports many of the digital projects and digital exhibits,  administrates SpringShare products, customizes several open source systems used in the library and on campus, including DiscoverArchive(Dspace) and Open Journal systems.  In addition, she works with ILS and Primo system, supports circulation functions, user management, and metadata mappings.   Tao is the primary contact for LibStats and questions concerning circulation configuration in the ILS.
