LTDS used much of this week to wrap up a few items and prepare for the break.  LTDS will be closed during the holidays but will continue to monitor systems and INFORM for any emergencies.    Beyond the work,  the team took time to attend the library Holiday luncheon and go out for a team lunch during the week.

LTDS wishes every one a very happy holiday and look forward to new opportunities in 2019.

LTDS team members spend time this week preparing for shutting down Acorn and SFX servers.  The team also had several conversations about internal workflows and ways to improve the services we offer.

LTDS team members took time off to be with family during the Thanksgiving week.    Although the team responded to urgent requests,  all team members were out of the office Thursday and Friday

LTDS continues to work towards reducing turn-around time for resolving issues.  Although each person in LTDS has areas that they are the go to person for,  we strive to have several people able to address most general issues.  This is one of the main reason we utilize INFORM, so that more staff members can see and address issues.
